Due to the high demand for pet services during the holiday season, services that include any of the following dates will have an additional fee as noted above.

True North Pet is closed annually for Thanksgiving and no pet care services are provided during this time.

MANNERS TRAINING
Practical, reward-based training focused on building better everyday manners.
Packages include ongoing guidance and support between sessions.

Our grooming salon is currently being built right here at our home in Chardon, and we're excited to soon offer full-service grooming in a comfortable, personal setting. Stay tuned for more details!
MEET & GREETS
All new clients require an initial, complimentary meet & greet to get to know your pets and discuss their individual needs. This is also when we will handle the pet data sheet and review of services. Virtual/ video call meet & greets are available upon request.
THE DETAILS
Pet CPR & First Aid Certified | Fear Free Certified | CCPDT-KA Certified with a focus on positive reinforcement-based training.
I do not walk your dog with any other clients' dog. Each client has their own appointment to received the individualized care they need during our walk. The safety of your pet is my top priority.
A pet service report will be texted or emailed to you after every walk/ visit, which includes notes and any photos I may take of your pet during our time together.
